Deepak Chopra and Roger Gabriel guide you through mantra-based meditation and the science behind it. You’ll learn expert techniques to strengthen your practice and enrich your life—all while connecting weekly with classmates and instructors. Session 2: Mantras and Meditation Techniques
Learn chants and mantras based in ancient Vedic wisdom that you can use to supplement your Primordial Sound Meditation practice.
Session 3: The 7 Spiritual Laws of Success
Learn Deepak’s seven secrets to cultivating a more connected and abundant life on a daily and weekly basis.
Session 4: The 8 Limbs of Yoga
Explore the eight limbs of yoga as they apply to your meditation and mindful awareness practices.
Session 5: Wisdom of the Chakras
Learn meditation techniques to unblock and balance each of your seven chakras.

How long will it take me to complete the Meditation Enrichment Program?
This is a six week program and time commitment averages 4-6 hours a week.
Is there a prerequisite?
The Meditation Foundations course is a prerequisite for the Meditation Enrichment Program. In the Meditation Foundations course you will learn the basics of Primordial Sound Meditation, receive your personal mantra, and establish your daily meditation practice.
How much is tuition? Do I have payment plan options?
The Meditation Enrichment program is a pre-requisite for the Meditation Certification program, both programs must be completed to become a Chopra certified Meditation Teacher. Meditation Enrichment program and Meditation Certification program bundle tuition is $3,495, pricing extended until June 30. Standard tuition is $3,995. You can choose to either pay in full or monthly payment options.
